Experience Details
Minimum Investment: $26 per guest
(Two-hour chef-led experience)
This experience includes:
• Use of our mobile, wood-fired Italian pizza oven
• Pizzaiolos preparing and cooking pizzas onsite
• Ingredients provided as part of the experiential demonstration
• Opportunities for guests to observe and engage in the pizza-making process
• Cleanup related to the experience
Private events have a $550 minimum investment.
Guests may select up to three Neapolitan-style pizza varieties to be featured during the experience.
Larger Events
For gatherings of 40 or more guests, a $1,200 minimum investment applies.
A 20% service fee supports staffing and facilitation of the experience.
This offering includes the pizza oven and pizzaiolos only. The Apé mini truck is not included.

A classic aperitivo brings people together around food, conversation, and atmosphere. The That’s Amore Experience combines our chef-led Neapolitan pizza experience with the social ambiance of our Italian Apé mini truck for a fully immersive, privately hosted gathering.
